Role Purpose

The Chief of Staff/VP of Operations will lead the strategic management of the Office of CEO at Equum Medical. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will partner with the executive leadership team to build operational infrastructure that supports national clinical and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. An adaptable, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset is imperative to succeeding in this role – the role will represent the Office of the CEO in collaborating with the executive leadership team to deploy and scale processes and initiatives across the enterprise. As an early stage enterprise this role will be critical in supporting the ELT in creating standard operation methods and procedures for our critical functions in HR, Finance, Sales, & IT.
 

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement systems and processes for the effective management of the Office of the CEO
  • Support the preparation of executive team’s management meeting, board, and potential client facing meetings
  • Project leader/manager for system implementation for key functional areas (HRIS, salesforce, payroll, operational dashboards & metrics)
  • Design, evaluate, and execute plans to operationalize our standard operating procedures
  • Act as a thought partner to the executive leadership team on ways to improve our processes and procedures
  • Mature our onboarding capabilities through technology, provider/candidate experience, to hire
  • Work with our operations and finance team to develop KPI tracking and reporting
  • Support our people function in building out our talent management processes to ensure equity in rewarding performance and developing all Equum employees

Qualifications And Minimum Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Healthcare industry experience, specifically with physician groups (preferred)
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
