Role Purpose

The Senior Executive Assistant will report to and support the CEO of Equum Medical. In this role, you will be a true EA business partner to our CEO, not only through managing calendars, but also playing a leading role managing the coordination and logistics of our executive team meetings, board meetings, company-wide planning processes etc. You will partner closely with our Chief of Staff to ensure our executive is set up for success.   • Proactively manage, assess and plan for the day-to-day needs of the CEO to ensure he is prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events.
  • Effectively manage email coordination, calendar scheduling, travel, expense reporting, and a wide variety of priorities for the CEO
  • Coordinates across our executive team to ensure critical company-wide meetings and processes are effectively implemented
  • Completely manage the coordination and logistics of board meetings, C-Level interviews, and client engagement
  • Project manage key initiatives and proactively communicate early and often progress or challenges
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with ad hoc projects as needed, including the organization of Executive Team retreats, board meetings, and other leadership-level activities

Qualifications And Minimum Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience
  • Healthcare industry experience, specifically with physician groups (preferred)
  • Ability to travel 10%
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in supporting a CEO and/or senior C-level executive at a high-growth organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate strategically with senior executives

  • Highly organized project manager - you are exceptionally organized and excel at managing multiple projects through successful completion

  • You are a team player and collaborate well with EAs and other colleagues at all levels • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
